ADRIAN FLEMING, P. GEO
Chairman and Director
Adrian is an Australian geologist with over 30 years of global diversified experience in the mining industry. Mr. Fleming was the President of Underworld Resources Inc. which made a significant gold discovery on the White Gold Property in the Yukon. Mr. Fleming has held a number of senior positions, including Exploration Manager for Placer Dome in Sydney and Vice President of Exploration for Golden Star. His successes include involvement with teams that discovered, advanced, and developed gold mines, including Porgera in Papua New Guinea, Big Bell in Australia, & Gross Rosebel in Suriname.
DAVID A. TERRY PhD., P. Geo.
CEO, President and Director
Dr. Terry is a professional economic geologist, senior executive and corporate director with more than 25 years of international experience in the mineral resources sector. He has played key roles in the successful discovery/acquisition, exploration and development of a number of precious and base metal deposits, primarily in North and South America, and has expertise in advanced project evaluation, M&A, corporate finance, and design and execution of effective exploration programs.
In the course of his career Dr. Terry has held executive positions and directorships with a number of publicly-listed and private mineral resource companies; he currently serves as a director of Great Bear Resources Ltd., Golden Arrow Resources Corporation, Aftermath Silver Ltd., and Blue Sky Uranium Corp. He has also worked with a number of senior mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation.
Dr. Terry holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in geology from Western University in Ontario and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Andre is a geologist that has had experience in Canada and internationally for exploration companies since 1981. Most recently he served six years as geologist at Excellon Resources at the Platosa Mine - the Mexico’s highest grade silver producer.
Prior to that he did field evaluation of gold epithermal properties in Peru and Mexico. Also M. Liboiron was senior geologist for Unigold in Dominican Republic, Cambior in Peru, Metco Resources in Quebec, Pershimco Resources in Abitibi and Mexico, Melkior Resources in Quebec and Ontario and Cyprus Amax Minerals in Africa.
He was a project geologist with Ageos Science charged to carry out exploration programs on primary gold and base metals deposits in Precambrian formations of the Abitibi greenstone belt in Canada. Notably he supervised the exploration work which lead to the opening of the StrateMine Graphite Mine in Quebec, Canada.
JOHN FLOREK, P.GEO, MSC
John is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in exploration and development. Prior to joining Genesis Metals Ltd. He was Sr. Geologist with Barrick Gold at Hemlo Mines. He was intimately involved with extending the mine life at Hemlo Mines, and was part of the team that received the 2008 Developer of the Year Award, awarded by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association.
DANIEL MACNEIL MSC, PGEO
Economic Geologist specializing in Precious and Base Metals with over 19 years of experience from Continental scale project generation to in-mine resource expansion in a wide variety of geological settings in the Americas, Europe, Eastern Europe and the Near East. His expertise includes project evaluation, target and opportunity identification, exploration strategy, district entry strategy, business development, strategic evaluation of geologic terranes and execution of target testing. Mr. MacNeil is the Founder of Vector Geological Solutions.
DR. ALAN J. WAINWRIGHT, PHD., P. GEO.
Dr. Wainwright is an economic geologist with 20+ years of mineral exploration and research experience in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, focused on base metals and gold. Alan completed his PhD with Ivanhoe Mines at Oyu Tolgoi (Mongolia) and was a co-recipient of the H.H. Spud Huestis award for his role in the Coffee gold discovery (5 Moz Au; Yukon). Alan was the program leader for the industry sponsored Western Tethyan Metallogeny Project at MDRU (UBC) where the research team built new geologic and mineral exploration frameworks for the Balkans, Turkey and Caucasus. Dr. Wainwright is a Professional Geoscientist (PGeo; EGBC) and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
WANDA CARTER, P.Geo., M.Sc.
Wanda Carter is a Professional Geoscientist with 20+ years of mineral exploration experience in Canada, USA, Australia and Norway with BHP, Hecla and several junior exploration companies and consulting firms. Experience includes early-stage exploration programs to brownfields settings in a wide range of deposit environments including Ni-Cu-PGE, REE, U, IOCG, coal and structurally-controlled high-grade base metal/silver and gold deposits.
In addition to extensive drill program management experience, her technical expertise includes exploration targeting, geophysics interpretation and 3D geological modeling, both for project evaluation/acquisitions and in real-time to drive exploration and drilling decision-making.
Wanda holds a B.Sc. (2000) and M.Sc. (2005) in geology from Carleton University in Ottawa and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
