Genesis Announces Debt Settlement

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 22nd, 2016 – Genesis Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: GIS) announces that the Company has agreed to issue 1,356,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.125 per share in settlement of outstanding debts in the amount of $169,500 owing. The debt settlement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
